FLESHMOULD Announces New Drummer

Belgian death metallers FLESHMOULD have issued the following update:

"It has been extremely silent, but we are working hard, seriously! We already welcomed the new guys Stefaan Deblauwe on guitar and Didier Vancampo on bass, now we add Frederik Van Mieghem (ex-AXAMENTA, GRACEFALLEN) on drums. No doubt we're 'appy to 'ave 'im aboard after all the trouble we've been through. We wish to thank our superb ad interim drummer Kevin De Leener of SUHRIM for his tremendous efforts helping us out during the past months. Especially Sven and RnR feel they gained a close and talented friend, who taught us a lot and spent great (musical and fun) times with us. Now, with an entirely renewed and finally completed lineup, we're getting ready performing live again within a few weeks from now, but more important is the fact we're preparing ourselves for the recordings of our new CD. First off recording the drumsessions at the very beginning of 2008! No title yet, nor will we give more details, but it is quite clear it will be a extremely different FLESHMOULD from now on. Extremely...!"

FLESHMOULD's latest album, "The Lazarus Breed", was released in June 2006 via Shiver Records. The recordings took place at the ShumCot Soundlab and the mastering was done at the CCR Studio.

FLESHMOULD previously released an EP, entitled "Apocalyptus Rexx".
